The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create and manage content that keeps our Instagram and TikTok channels fresh, engaging, and on-trend. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes the hospitality scene and has a natural talent for spotting and capturing shareable moments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Research, identify, and build relationships with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach.

• Manage influencer collaborations, campaigns, and content delivery.

• Monitor trends in social media, hospitality, and lifestyle to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy.

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and visual identity.

• Engage with our audience in an authentic, timely, and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative eye for photography, videography, and storytelling.

• Experience in social media content creation, management, and scheduling.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and relationship management.

• A deep understanding of the hospitality scene—favorite coffee spots, go-to bars, and can't-miss weeknight specials.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
