Our Story
Venues by Only began back in 2011, when founders Julien Moussi and Kristy-Lea Moussi opened their very first venue in Melbourne. Julien, inspired by his dad’s hospitality roots and a childhood spent around cafés and restaurants, brought a deep passion for the industry that helped shape the brand’s vision from day one.
Since then, we’ve grown from that single spot to more than 39 venues across Melbourne, with 10 currently operating including speciality coffee roastery Inglewood Coffee Roasters, and more exciting projects on the way. Through it all, our focus remains the same: to deliver exceptional service, great products, and venues people love coming back to.
None of it would be possible without our incredible team—over 250 passionate hospitality professionals working across our venues and Inglewood warehouse. They’re the heart of what we do, and the reason our venues feel so special.

The Inglewood Journey
Inglewood Coffee Roasters was founded in 2017 by Julien Moussi and Cory Slater, who, after years of hands-on experience in the café industry, sought to create a business that embodied their passion for specialty coffee and outstanding customer service. The journey began when Moussi started a coffee cart, serving at local football events. This humble venture laid the foundation for Venues by Only and eventually Inglewood. The first café under Only Hospitality Group was Annoying Brother in Fitzroy, followed by My Other Brother in Camberwell, which continues to operate today as MOB Camberwell under Only Hospitality Group's leadership.
In 2014, Cory Slater came on board as a partner in the venues where he laid the groundwork for an elite specialty coffee program- out of which Inglewood Coffee Roasters was born. His desire to delve deep into the science of coffee transformed his career from barista to roaster and procurer of green coffee from all over the world.
